Hi! I’m an operator and growth strategist who thrives in ambiguity—launching and scaling businesses, building teams, and turning vision into execution.

I’ve worked with early-stage startups and PE-backed companies across industries to design strategy, unlock growth, and deliver measurable results. Most recently, I was COO at Solid Starts, a leading parenting tech platform and app, where I helped scale the company’s reach and impact while overseeing strategy, business development, and operations. Before that, I drove new business and growth at Bodily, a venture-backed maternity and postpartum e-commerce brand. Earlier in my career, I held product and strategy roles in venture, tech, and finance—giving me perspective from both the operating and investing sides.

I get energized partnering with companies at inflection points—when resources are lean, speed matters, and there’s no playbook. My strength is flexing quickly across projects, wearing multiple hats, and creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist. If you need someone who can both zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to execute, that’s where I come in.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me chasing my three kids around NYC’s parks, playgrounds, and museums. I’m also passionate about connecting with other parents—especially mothers—as we navigate career, family, and the ever-present mental load.
